Collett outside cylinder pannier tank 1369 at Buckfastleigh, 29 July 2008. This class was introduced in 1934 for use in docks and other areas which needed a short wheelbase locomotive. The bell in front of the cab was for use at Weymouth Quay, where trains ran through the streets.
