Veteran 1886 saddletank Robert Heath No.6 at Caverswall Road, 28 July 2007. This engine was built by North Staffordshire ironmasters Robert Heath and Sons for use on their own private system of lines in the Potteries linking various pits and ironworks. No.6 worked at Black Bull and Norton collieries all its life, being withdrawn from Norton by the NCB in the late 1960s. It came to Foxfield in 1994 after spending time at the Staffordshire County Museum, the National Garden Festival at Etruria and the now closed Chatterley Whitfield mining museum.
