LMS Pacific 6201 “Princess Elizabeth” at Ramsbottom with a Bury - Rawtenstall train. Built in 1933, no. 6201 was the second locomotive of William Stanier’s first 4-6-2 design for express passenger duties on the Euston to Glasgow route. Officially  the “Princess Royal” class, they were usually referred to as “Lizzies”.
